47 year old Chelsea coach Antonio Conte and his wife Elisabetta Muscarello made the most of the international break by jetting off on holiday to Italy to soak up the sun before premier League duties resume this weekend. But the Chelsea coach didn't expect the paparrazi to pick up images of his eggplant as he wore dark navy Speedos in Savona, a coastal resort in the north west of Italy.
