Premier League star, James McLean shares pic of the gruesome injury he suffered at the weekend


West Brom's James McLean was forced off the pitch at the 65th minute following a nasty challenge during his side's 2-1 loss to Liverpool at the weekend. The 27-year-old defender took to Instagram to reveal the extent of the injury with a gruesome closeup shot.
